Pam Turnbull, an Ipswich resident for 25 years, is currently painting in oils with occasional forays into acrylics and watercolor. Her subjects range from landscape to still life to figures, as the mood strikes. She studied at Montserrat College of Art and with numerous artists including Carleen Muniz, Ron Straka, David Curtis, Ed Carson, Charles Sovak, and William Davis. Her work has been shown in one person and group shows in Ipswich, Newburyport, Rockport, Boston, Cape Cod and Nova Scotia. She belongs to the Newburyport Art Association, the Rockport Art Association and the North Shore Art Association. Her work can be seen in Ipswich at the Ipswich Arts Cooperative and Norris Gallery and Framing.
